You currently have no emergency route set-up on this system

Hi,

another little issue. Since the ClearlyIP Support Guy was on my system to fix an error, I have this error on my Dashboard. But there IS an Emergency route.

Found out, that it maybe is an error from the Clearly Trunking Module which was installed. But since I cannot use it I have removed this module but the error still exists.

I assume you are seeing this error on the dashboard.

Silly question but after removing the Clearly Trunking module did you simply delete the error message on the dashboard? If so it shouldn’t come back with the module uninstalled.

Hi

Yes the Message appears on the Dashboard. And I can also click it away and the Box Turns from Red to green but with every new Message this Message ist coming Back.

So you can see who “owns” the message from the CLI

root@freepbxdev17:~# fwconsole notifications --list

If there is something from clearlytrunking you can do
fwconsole notifications --delete clearlytrunking

Well no notifications:

But in the GUI the message is still there:

Our module does not set that error. That is all stock
FreePBX they would do that.

Ahhh, and why did the error only appear after the trunking module was installed? Mind you, not by me.

Clearly Anywhere is a good solution that works well, unlike other softphones, but why do I have to contact support every time after installation because I get PHP errors when saving? And what does support do via SSH on my system? If I knew, I could do it myself and I dont have to ask every time.

Ask them.

Not every support customer wants to know the finer workings. I usually share that info, but its not always appreciated. I would wade in myself, but I’m on vacation with limited acess to the real world, I would just slow the process down.

You should not be getting a PHP error after install. Something is not right there. Do you have a ticket number I can lookup and see whats going on
