Does anyone know if SpeedDials in the Yealink Dsskey can be used to do an attendance transfer? currently if a SpeedDial Dsskey is pressed, it does a Blind Transfer by default.
That’s because by default the DSS keys transfer mode is Blind Transfer…you would need to change that in the phone setting to Semi-Attended (offers both options) or Attended.
This is a serious question, have you not read or looked at any of the guides/manuals for any of the things you have been doing? I’ve answered a lot of your questions that could have been answered in 5 minutes of reading.

I found the setting you are referring to in the features > transfer section on the Yealink web ui. Thanks.
Apologies for loads of questions. I do try and Google it but often don’t get definitive results. Probably not reading thoroughly enough. Will try harder
