just started this am
i uninstalled clearlyip and just have freepbx gui. i also uninstalled clearly paging as it completely failed me and went back to the paid module.
The login problem was the result of FreePBX pushing out updates that screwed things up for most FreePBX-based systems. There is a volatile thread about it on the FreePBX forums where they try to deflect the fact that they caused the issue.
Any system based on FreePBX is always in jeopardy of their poor quality assurance. Unfortunately, TangoPBX is also based on FreePBX as is IncrediblePBX.
I haven’t had any replies to my thread on that forum yet. Do you think the fact that my FreePBX machine all of a sudden says it’s inactivated is related at all? I don’t remember seeing others report that issue, so makes me think not.
The CLI has a command to run with my deployment ID; I could run that as long as I don’t break something.
If you have the FreePBX distro I’d log a ticket with Sangoma for the answer. TangoPBX and IncrediblePBX are the open source side of FreePBX with no sysadmin module, registrations or commercial FreePBX modules. FreePBX caused the issue so they should address it directly with you before you do something that might mess up your system.
