UCP module fails to install on fresh Tango install:
Had to install build-essentials 
I guess a drift from Debian to Ubuntu.
After sudo apt install build-essential, we have:
$ gcc --version; g++ --version
gcc (Ubuntu 11.4.0-1ubuntu1~22.04) 11.4.0
