What prices are you looking for? I don’t think there are any costs to TangoPBX.
It’s just a “skin” for FreePBX that changes the logo’s and color scheme.
Also an alternate mirror to allow additional free modules to be installed (like the new Open Page module)
For now… Hypothetically they might be working on a FreePBX-based

Yes but you don’t need tangopbx to use their mirrors or modukes
