Sangoma Phone apps issue

I built a Vultr server of FreePBX 17 and everything worked fine with Sangoma endpoint manager for the P325 sets I bought. The problem with that build was I didn’t get enough hard drive space so I deployed another server with a larger drive space. I’ve rebuilt it 5 times now and I can’t get the voicemail app or parking app to work. I get curl_error (-1)
Also I just noticed the soft keys don’t replicate what I programmed them as. The phones work other than that

Thanks for any help you can provide

We need to have more details than what has been provided. What did you do when you deployed another server? Did you just upgrade to a high storage instance, which should have just expanded your existing space? Did you reinstall with more space over the existing instance? Did you deploy a completely new instance?

Where do you get this? Are there any more errors or messages displayed?

You may get an answer here, but in case you’re not aware, your phone purchase entitles you to support from sng for this.

The error message appears on the phone when I press the voicemail app button and the parking app does nothing. The phones load the config fine otherwise.
I kept the original server and just deployed another duplicate with double the hard drive space. After a few tries with that I even tried an old iso of FreePBX 16 with the same results.
I can register the phones with the original server and everything is fine. I even registered them to my personal Vultr (FreePBX 15) and they work as well.

Thank you

are you mixing IP addresses and FQDN in your setup? Usually if the apps can’t connect and you’re not getting config updates on the phone it’s SSL failure.

If you’re using HTTPS then it MUST be a FQDN that matches the SSL certificate on the PBX.
