One option that Discourse (the forum software you’re using now) provides is the ability to request an archive of all of your content. Click the user icon in the upper right and select Profile and then Preferences
From the page that follows, there’s an option to export an archive of your data
Note I did this once before hoping to feed it to an LLM and it gives a bunch of json files that require some extra processing
