Still investigating but after applying the PHP patch ( PHP CVE Patching - Security - FreePBX Community Forums) none of the ClearlyIP phone apps (Parking, voicemail, etc) work. They all get “Load error, Please check”
May be a red herring… looks like it’s a certificate update error which I just did on all the systems last week. I need to dig a bit more though.

I applied this patch yesterday, and for the first time Asterisk has frozen cause PJSIP. Asterisk refused to stop. Result, reboot system.
I don’t know if the patch is involved or not. But wierd.!
I found where the issue came from for my part.
The latest Asterisk versions have a bug with taskpool on PJSIP.
If there is lots of SUBSCRIBE per second, it could frize PJSIP .
