When using Clearly Anywhere, if you change the admin port from 80 so that Certificate manager works, it breaks Clearly SP, you need to change it back to 80 for Clearly Anywhere to work again.
There is a way to change Admin Proxy target, but its hidden.
There is some “intelligence” for lack of a better word that tries to determine your web port and know when it has been changed. What port are you changing to. Is this just going to https 443?
I would definitely get with support so they can open a ticket on this. Let them know what exactly you did and we will look to replicate it.
It doesnt address your concern, but you can generate an LE cert with any service is bound to 80. The LE option for 80 is only there if no other service is using 80.
