User want’s different ringtone for internal calls…
Default Ringtone set in Clearly Devices > Phone Templates to “ringtone 7” as this was the ringtone that was most easily heard in the noisy environment.
All inbound calls come in through various call queues with no current alert set.
Queue Alerts drop down only lists “Sangoma” and “Digium” ringtones.
I need to keep the CIP ringtone 7 for all inbound calls so the staff can hear the phone but I don’t know which (if any) of the alerts in the queue module correspond to that ringtone so that I can set a different default ringtone on the extensions for interal calls.
@Taylor thanks I try to be, don’t always feel that I accomplish that as there are people here with vastly deeper knowledge than mine (for instance I didn’t know about the setting in advanced settings that you mentioned), but I try.
I’ve got it working for now with the indbound routes and the Clearly Devices module so I’m going to leave it at that as I have other dragons to slay.
