Can't login to our pbx admin site after turning on MFA

We are testing MFA on our own pbx and now can’t log into the admin site. This particular pbx is freepbx16 with the tangopbx branding installed. I get the login screen but there no “login” button, just fields for the user and password.

The UCP site works properly giving the login button and then prompts for the MFA code.

I had to use the fwconsole unlock to get in….

There are complaints in the FreePBX forum about the login button disappearing, apparently not related to MFA. Looks like a bug was introduced in framework 16.0.41.1 and 17.0.21.1.

Correct. And the ClearlyIP folks have been alerted to the problem. Same issue we had with Incredible PBX platforms.
